Dental treatment and COVID-19 – what you need to know

The safety and wellbeing of people – our patients, our people and the community – is our priority.

Please be assured we have strict infection control procedures in place to deliver high-quality and safe clinical care.

These include:

  • Standard infection control procedures to reduce the spread of any infection;
  • The use of personal protective equipment (PPE) for all treatments such as standard level 2 surgical masks, protective eyewear, gloves and appropriate protective outerwear;
  • Cleaning procedures, including actively promoting the regular use of antibacterial hand sanitiser and surface wipes; and
  • Stringent personal hygiene measures for our people;

If patients are feeling sick or have any flu-like symptoms, we respectfully ask them to reschedule their appointment to a later time when they’re feeling better.

Come in smiling.
